Started as software tester and moved to developing Java server back-end components. Released the open source project Yapool which provides a generic object-pool implementation with a specialization for database connection pooling (the latter was the reason to start the project: there had to be a way to make connection pools easier to use while still being robust).

Recently made the first release for HVLayout (Java Swing layout manager) on Github.
