I am using ubuntu 14.10 (utopic) and trying to restart the network service through /etc/init.d/networking restart it gives me error : stop : job failed while stopping start : job is already running : networking

Below is the information about my system.

And trying to configure IP Address on eth0 interface and below is the my configuration file : -
