I am a Senior Support Engineer for a software company based in Vancouver, Canada. Our company creates software related to the planning, implementation, delivery, and management of customer services in carrier and enterprise networks of all types (xDSL, FTTx, Cable, 3G, metro ethernet, etc).

I travel frequently around the world to support our customers with activities related to our products, whether by offering training, consultation, or technical assistance.

In my off time, I enjoy watching movies, learning new things such as spoken languages and programming languages, and spending time with my friends and loved ones. I also participate in sites/networks such as StackExchange in order to soak up new knowledge and also to assist people wherever I can.
