I teach computer science at a major university. I mainly teach CS1 and CS2, but I also teach game programming, web development, and multimedia development courses when I can.

I've written a number of programming books for beginners in a very popular series. I've done books on HTML / XHTML / CSS, JavaScript and AJAX / jQuery, PHP/ MySQL, and Java. I've also written game development books using Flash, Python, and even the old Palm Pilot.

I love to answer questions, and I'll try not to answer anything I don't know about.
