I have a biological and medical background and more than five years of experience in programming on unix system.

I love to develop web apps and I have some experience with ruby and rails.

I am interested in projects related to the analysis of genomes, the analysis of networks generated from biological data, the development of stochastic models and, in general, the development of bioinformatic softwares.
