I invest in and rent out luxury vacation homes, like beach condominiums at Pattaya Beach Thailand. In order to do that I needed a property management system, and since I have not programmed since 2005 I use stackoverflow a LOT!! Some incredible advise in here and great examples you can use. So far I solved 99% of my issues by searching/reading on stackoverflow, and only 1% of the cases I have to ask for help :)
