I have been involved in the industry since the early 1980s. I've worked in all disciplines from operations to system administration and database analysis. After suffering a debilitating on the job injury in the late 1990s, I was forced to go on disability. Since that time, I have taken courses and engaged in self study to try and keep my skills up to date.

Some skills include, network and system administration, using COBOL to develop and maintain several software applications mostly in accounting. I also know, but have no experience, programming in RPG, Java, C#, and Visual basic.

I have the ability to learn new techniques and apply them very rapidly.

I am currently seeking to reenter the job market.
