Education

I studied Physics, being awarded my PhD in 2012. I worked on building computational models of the heart that could be used to study heart disease.

Languages

I was originally a C++ developer, with strong skills scripting in Python, BASH, and MATLAB. I now work mostly in Python, with some other bits thrown in. I am also interested in functional languages such as Haskell, which I really enjoy!
