I first got online in 1998 when I was 9 years old. I haven't logged off since.

I started learning HTML when I was 11. I started learning PHP and MySQL when I was 13. I switched to Linux for my primary OS when I was 14.

I have used many languages over the years but my professional career has centered around PHP (early on) followed by Ruby on Rails and then modern Javascript frameworks and Node.js.

I consider myself a semi-decent JavaScript aficionado.
