Working as project Manager in Bangalore based MNC, it is a product based company and my role is Project manager. As a project manager I am responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

My core responsibilities are as follows

1. Plan and implement projects.
2. Help define project scope, goals and deliverable.
3. Define tasks and required resources.
4. Collect and manage project team.
5. Manage budget.
