Hello, my name is Sven Hakvoort. I live in the Netherlands and I studied Bio-informatics at the Hanze University of applied sciences in Groningen. I currently work as a fullstack software engineer for Quintor with a focus on Java applications in Spring boot as well as Angular for the frontend. I mainly work with microservice architectures and have experience migrating monoliths to microservices, as well as setting up a Docker or a Kubernetes high availability cluster infrastructure for deploying those services. The main languages I use are Java, TypeScript and Kotlin, in combination with Docker/Kubernetes, Spring and Angular. I also have some experience in Python and PHP (Laravel). And of course HTML, CSS and JS/JQuery.
