I'm assuming it was a typo for superb but found it funny that perhaps the commenter was referring to the character Eb from Green Acres, only as a superhero instead.

This, of course, doesn't make any sense, but what a wonderful and scary thought. Imagine Eb, with his heart of gold and child-like innocence, suddenly gains super-powers to save the world, but alas, is either too ignorant to make good use of them or, even worse, too clumsy to use them without accidentally destroying everything.

Sometimes I feel that would be me...
