I was classically trained in BASIC, Pascal, and C. Afterwords I taught myself HTML, CSS, Javascript, 8086 ASM, 8051 ASM, Java, VB, LISP, and PERL. Almost twenty years ago VB.Net appeared. I wrote one program in it and concluded it was to too close to C to be avoided, and I learned C#; I never looked back.
For a recent project, I learned Laravel. The single most important lesson I learned about dependency injection, is it is a bear to troubleshoot, since none of the errors appear in your code. After many visits to SO, I was able to complete the project. Since that experience, I have wanted to give back to the community that helped me so much.
I tend not to relate well with people. If I miss a cue, or overreact to a situation, I apologize in advance.
