I'm a software developer working in Waterloo Region with 10+ years of professional software development experience. I enjoy the adrenaline rush of the fast-paced software industry. Constantly learning new best practices, patterns, standards, frameworks, etc. as the industry continues to advance.

My primary technology stack where I have most of my experience is with C#, the .NET Framework, and MS SQL Server. Designing and developing desktop applications, console applications, server applications, and web APIs using Visual Studio, Resharper, WPF MVVM, XAML, Win Forms, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, WCF, and Git.

I also have experience with web technologies including ASP.NET [Core] MVC, Razor, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, JSON, REST, Bootstrap, Angular, etc.

I’m interested in mobile technology stacks such as Xamarin and Xamarin Forms. Xamarin uses C#, XAML, and the MVVM pattern to create cross-platform mobile apps, therefore it allows me to take advantage of many years of existing experience.

I’ve done some Java development in the past and have used some C# .NET ports of Java libraries such as Hibernate/NHibernate, Junit/NUnit, log4j/log4net, iText/iTextSharp.
