I’m currently a technical lead within supply chain ordering at HyVee. Previously at Workiva, I wrote both frontend and backend code to enable their next-generation filing experience in AWS. Prior to that position, I managed a team of 3 developers delivering crop modeling features for Corteva Agriscience. I received my M.S. in computer science from Iowa State University in 2008.

I have more than 15 years of professional software development experience and 5 years combined leadership & management experience. My code has been committed to open-source repositories, production systems and commercial software. My academic work has appeared in five publications ranging from theoretical linear algebra to applied genetic algorithms to programming language semantics.
