I’ve been an engineer and have risen from the ranks of new college grad to principal engineer and technical lead. I attended night school and earned my MBA from a great program, and now manage a team. As a manager, I oversee multiple on and offshore projects, initiatives, and act as program manager coordinating IT, marketing, product management, quality assurance, and development for multiple releases. I’ve been the technical lead for an eleven-person user interface development team and I've been an individual contributor building customer focused user experience while improving productivity by developing integral base classes. I’ve worked with internal and external customers to deliver solutions that delight and eliminate pain points.
