I am a hands-on technical leader with over 15 years of software engineering and architecture experience. I love solving challenging problems and working in an environment where I can make an impact. I've worked at both large, complex organizations and at an early stage, 6-person startup.

Currently, I'm the Director of Software Engineering at MuscleSound, where I design, build, and maintain almost everything technology-related. We sell a SaaS-based bio-measurement system to professional and collegiate sports teams that enables them to measure muscle energy levels and body fat using ultrasound. I am the primary developer of our system, which is Ruby on Rails based, hosted on Rackspace, and AWS. I'm also the co-inventor of our patented algorithms used to analyze muscle tissue in ultrasound images.
