Like all good conservatory students, I dropped out. In my independent studies I designed an algorithm that generated musical sequences based on a mathematical structure found in Indian math and Islamic art.

This was too laborious to compute by hand, so the barista shifts and binge-learning that followed led me to where I am today— working as a Full Stack Engineer at Pipes, and enhancing my security toolbox as a Security Engineering Intern at Medallia through Year Up.

During this time I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to open source software and work remotely alongside knowledgeable professionals in both hardware/software/security engineering and front-end design.
