Not much to say really... I've done a lot of work with Perl and PHP, a bit of Python and RoR. I know a bit about Solaris and Linux sysadmin, especially with regards to web application environments. Once upon a time I wrote Java and C, but haven't for ages.

I've worked a lot for Libraries, Universities and more recently, Non-Government and Community-Based Organisations (thats NGOs and CBOs). I've done a fair bit of work with large structured datasets and document processing / publishing.

I use Git for all my work. Emacs rules, but Vi is king of the terminal. None of your fancy Vim, just straight up Vi.
