I spent my last couple of years as a software developer, but as I was always interested in exploring new areas, for few year ago I became Scum Master. I quickly found out that the Leadership and Scrummastership is what I really love and motivates me. I believe that the best way to create great software is to nurture safe, positive, rewarding relationships within teams as central component to software, it is people which largely determine a product's success.

Even I am working as a Scrum Master currently I am still a passionate developer who loves the technologies and programming.
