I am a seasoned architect, designer and developer with more than 16 years of IT experience and a proven expertise in developing and delivering technology solutions with wide variety of applications ranging from web applications, loan originations to trade clearing risk-engines. In my current role, I'm consulting one of the biggest clearing firm to transform their platform from batch based to low latency high throughput real time platform. In the past I've played a role of a Technology anchor of a big client-account providing thought leadership to the multiple project teams. I acted as a change agent in my pursuit of continuous improvement in technologies and methodologies for delivering the best value to my clients in the most efficient manner. I smoothly steered teams out of the disruptive forces of technology and development methodology changes on various occasions.
