Pharma R&D turned software engineer. I work for MathWorks on the SimBiology, Bioinformatics, and Statistics Toolboxes. I do a lot of work with infrastructure for parameter estimation, especially for biological models. I also do algorithm development for machine learning and numerical analysis.
