Sebastian Meine, Ph.D. is the project maintainer, primary contributor, and community organizer for the open-source database unit testing framework for SQL Server, tSQLt.

He runs sqlity.net, founded in 2010, and truly enjoys helping companies that want to improve the world embrace the power of their data platform through TDD, CI/CD, and other development best practices.

In addition, since 2013 he has led the Philadelphia SQL Server Users Group whose mission is to train and share knowledge across the domains of Database Administration, Database Development, and Business Intelligence.
