I've been developing software professionally since 1989 - x86 Assembly, 'C' (C/C++/Objective-C), Cocoa, Java... I transitioned from application developer to automation engineer when I signed on with Microsoft to work on the Office for Mac 2004 project and discovered that I love the sorts of challenges this role presents me with every day.
