I have over 10 years of experience working in various aspects of software development. Currently, I work as an independent contractor at Lumos Labs, Inc., helping the company create a great experience for users, improving Lumosity android application and seeing it hit the Google Best Apps of 2014 list.

Previously, I was a co-founder and lead developer of a consulting business where I supervised and managed many projects over a period of 5 years all of which provided our clients with superb quality and reliability of service.

Before that I spent two year as a lead engineer working for a consulting business from NYC where at one point I stepped into the management role helping the company establish an outsourcing development center of 30+ people here in Serbia, finding myself at the head of that center after the dust settled.

On November 2005, I was hired to salvage a failed project. I was in charge of recruiting, mentoring and management of a development team and was able to produce results in as little as 6 months. That saved the day, gave breathing space to the company and by the time I left, 6 years later, that failed project was transformed in a cutting edge project management system handling tens of millions of euros with around thousand experts collaborating on a daily basis helping the company to become a leader in its field.
