I love building great software. Software that solves real world problems in the most efficient, scalable and practical way possible. Sometimes this means that I manage teams/people, other times I architect. Whenever possible it means getting my hands dirty writing code in the trenches with my team. It doesn’t matter what hat I’m required to wear or in what capacity. As long as it involves working with great people busy realizing great value-adding software, I’m happy.
