2014: Awesome website. Really. Love it that there are real professionals here and write good content. Thank you to you all and thank you Joel Spolsky/Stack Exchange.

2018: This site has problems. Old content and hostile community. If you ask something big chance it has already been asked. And the question should be 100% perfect, which is very agressive to new people. I think solution is to delete everything till 1 year ago except the top 1000 questions. Further I less and less see results in Google anymore, people leave. Unfortunately cause it was SO good!! try to refresh it Joel!
