I am a CS PhD student and a data geek. I have experience in data (and network) mining, analysis, visualization and predictive modeling as it relates to very large volumes of data (mostly whats on web and what relates to social media). I also like to build systems to collect data. I use various database technologies and distributed platforms in my day to day research. I am currently studying Images on social media and my thesis is about understanding the role of multimedia content in information spread. I love to write code, drink good coffee and read good books.
