I've been making websites since I was 10 years old. They started out as silly personal homepages with gifs and cursor effects, but I soon branched out into making websites for class projects and tinkering with web forum themes. Before I knew it, a computer science professor was recommending me for a freelance developer gig, and I realized that I could get paid for my lifelong hobby.
In my 7 years of professional experience I’ve built everything from custom WordPress themes and plugins to HTML Canvas games to single page React/Redux apps. I’m constantly picking up new skills and techniques to use in my work — if it runs in a browser, I can figure out how to make it.
What I'm currently working with: Stack: HTML, CSS (Sass), Javascript (ES6/Babel), jQuery, React, Redux, PHP, WordPress Tools: Gulp, npm/yarn, Git
Other things I've dabbled in: Web: node.js, Webpack, Angular, Backbone, Shopify, LAMP server administration Other: iOS Development w/ Swift, Unity 3D, C#, Java, C++
