I have been programming with Embarcadero (Borland) products since Turbo Pascal 3. That is easily over 25 years. I know Pascal, Delphi and Firebird quite well. I have just started dabbling in PHP and Mysql to help friends out.

While studying I built, repaired and created arcade games. My first serious jobs were to create teh hardware and software to do Factory control systems, SCADA systems and Point to Point Control Systems for such companies as Philips.

I moved on to Commercial software as it was more lucrative.
