I am a general practitioner for 30+ years in IT working with whatever technology lands in my lap. I work in a variety of computer languages, mainly C, C#, VB.NET, Perl and JavaScript (Node.js). My latest endeavor has been Alexa Skills development. I still maintain my employers legacy "C" software as well as applications in VB.NET and C#. Lately I have been working in Node.js with Alexa Skills and currently have two Flash Briefing skills published. I have several custom Skills in the hopper but they are at various stages of testing as I am the sole developer. My ultimate goal is to develop business Skills using the new Alexa Presentation Language for business reporting.

In addition to software, I like to work with hardware and hold FCC Amateur Radio and Commercial licenses.
