I am a c# web developer since 2008 but prior to this developed in sql server and VB .NET and before that... visual basic 6 - winforms. Worked on Powerbuilder 5.0/7.0 for two years which made me realise how much visual basic was years behind Powerbuilder until VB .NET stepped in.

I write a whole host of applications for my "mafia" family and do so as a challenge, as a hobby and of course develop websites as career... sad I know, but hey it at least pays the bills.

Strangely enough I have always preferred databases, sql server in particular, dabbled with Sybase for a bit.

Having said all this, I enjoy spending time with my immediate family and 5 children, love them all for putting up with sad life :)
