I am an experienced and highly skilled software engineering leader with a passion for driving product direction and fulfilling senior leadership responsibilities in a positive & highly motivated team environment. I am passionate about improving software engineering practices and processes, mentoring & guiding teams with a delivery-focused pragmatism. I am looking to engage in challenging projects, employing new technologies, methodologies and ideas.

I enjoy a variety of challenges in my life and work; as well as my IT work, I enjoy occasional employment as a photographer, First Aid Instructor and SCUBA Instructor. I have also been a volunteer member of the Victorian State Emergency Service.
