Engineering jack of all trades (master of none?), focus on various types of modeling and simulations. Background in communications chip design verification. PhD in applied math and statistics (distributed control for mobile sensor networks optimizing information gain). I've worked with lots of scripting languages (perl, python, tcl-tk for example), programming languages from Pascal and C to Objective-C and C++, as well as math/stats-specific languages such as R, Matlab, Mathematica, and hardware-design languages VHDL and Verilog (although this was some time ago). Been playing with iOS apps as a hobby, but no professional work there.
