I am interested in designing and building scientific and engineering applications managing linear, spatial and temporal data.

I work for a software house (mostly) in Java EE, UML and SQL and my hobby interests are in Scala, Akka, Play, PostGIS and Neo4J.

I'm currently fascinated by the Revised R*-Tree (Beckmann & Seeger, 2009).
