2004 - present: Contribute tutorials on Compiere Open Source ERP via www.red1.org, which led to the founding of ADempiere in 2006. Now traveling among the global community in Germany, Austria, France, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines and beyond - evangelizing to move the community forward.

Started in 1982 as a COBOL programmer and gone through different career tracks.
