Randy is the founder and CEO of Challenger Backup Solutions and is the inventor of System Reflection's core software technology. Randy has over 20 years experience in all phases of software design and development. He is the former Director of Software Engineering at CMS Products, and also the former Director of Windows Backup Software at Memeo. In Randy's spare time, he loves nothing better than to go fishing with his Dad.
