In the past decade I have been working as team member and leader and managed remote teams scattered around the world. I am a very creative thinker and I love coding; in my spare time I develop many of my own projects (mostly WordPress plugins) and I contribute to the Stack overflow community by answering members questions (this helps me a lot to improve my coding skills and keep up to date with new libraries and platforms).
