I am a veteran software leader with decades of experience in building high quality organizations, processes and software. I worked at Microsoft for many years starting in Microsoft Consulting Services building mobile solutions for companies and governments before leaving to join the Developer Division building tools and SDKs for our developer community. I started working on deliver of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, .NET Framework 4 and .NET Framework 4.5. I later became a key player in executing on Scott Guthrie’s Open Source Strategy including developing the Open Source release process, setting up the initial communities and managing the releases including Azure SDKs, ASP.NET MVC, Web Pages, Web API and Entity Framework to name a few. While also running the ASP.NET and IIS web sites top 1k websites worldwide before leaving Microsoft in 2013.
