I run a digital agency called Pixel Kicks based in Ancoats & the Northern Quarter in Manchester, UK specialising in website design, SEO & social media.

My background is originally graphic & web design, but I'm also extremely technical and can program in a variety of languages. These days however I spend more of time trying to manage & grow Pixel Kicks rather - though I could quite easily spend my head in code all day.

I think it's an advantage being a good all-rounder, as it gives me the ability to advise all departments in our company.
