As a Technology Director at Legalcluster, I am responsible for the whole development process of products for digital transformation of legal functions.

I am responsible for setting and monitoring the workloads, schedules, budgets, and quality of the multiple development teams, determining scope, process and procedures to ensure the most effective development approach and tools & techniques are employed. On a daily basis, I am also responsible for the setting up of work practices, implementing standards and quality monitoring in IT, during development, implementation, and daily use.

I supervise the technical services on our production platforms (e.g. Azure), as well as ensure adequate training and abilities of IT employees. I am designing and building information and technology services departments such as help desk and specialized support individuals capable of handling various IT operations.
