My love and curiosity for websites and what makes them work really blossomed when I joined a small blog back when I was 13. It didn't have a WYSIWYG editor to style posts like most blogs today, but it did allow for styling with HTML and CSS. This was great for learning, and it's initially what got me excited.

Since those days, my curiosity, excitement, and knowledge has only grown. HTML and CSS took me to client side scripting (e.g. Javascript, jQuery), which lead me to server side scripting (e.g. PHP), which lead me to Frameworks, Databases, API's (oh my!). With everything I now know between web design and development, I have become a well rounded professional in my field.
