I have 5 years of software development experience, this means I've made enough mistakes for you to not worry about me making should I join you. I'm primarily strong in PHP and I can adapt to any framework though I do have a strong preference for Laravel due to its ORM "Eloquent". Here is why I think you should hire me:

• I have 5 years of experience in building software and supporting clients. I’ve been working with PHP since I joined university. I’m pretty familiar with the quarks of nginx and apache plus all the hype about PHP being dead

• I’ve had the chance to work on a blockchain wallet using nodejs where I was required to write tests and understand other in-house apis on the fly; this is the ultimate baptism by fire and I did quite well.

• I was given a task of building a plugin for the file maker database in C++ and I was able to without any prior experience with the database system.

• I have been working with startups since the onset of my career and this has enabled me to wear many hats in the process. I’ve trained teams how to use products and even did deployment on premise infrastructure.

• I’ve worked on real world applications where transactions per second (TPS) mattered a lot (2016-2018) and this opened my eyes to a world few developers ever get a chance to see.

• I’m good at android specifically with Java but I’ve been forced to transition to kotlin. This has also made me appreciate react native in the process and I am now learning it.
