I have a programming/informatics background and have worked both as a programmer and an educator.
On indefinite hiatus. I had a stroke some time ago and a lot of language- and procedure-related functions either went right away or receded over the following years. I haven't done programming work since 2018 or 2019, and in the circumstances it feels like a bad idea to write answers here. Hope to be back someday, though.
I'd like to be able to say I had a good run, racking up quite a bit of points on the low-traffic Tcl tag, but I'd rather be coding to be honest.
