I've being a software engineer for 15+ years (part of it being an entrepreneur myself), all the way from standard companies, multinationals to startups. Brazilian, descendant of Japanese, had the privilege to work abroad in Santiago de Chile for 6 months, a few weeks in San Francisco and another few in India. As a kid, I grew up in a corporate environment all the while playing with a MSX (Basic programming language). I like to think that I'm much more than a software engineer, since I love to solve any kind of problems (either social or computational) and I like to think about technologies only as an auxiliary tool, only a part of the complex that is to solve real problems in the real world. Slow processes bore me and therefore I am devotee of agile methodologies. Last but not least, I believe in creating value by investing more in people and less on tools and bureaucracies.
