Update (Dec.2017):

Currently working at Cognitive Operational Systems Inc. on development, testing, and deployment of mobile robot platform which navigates itself within retail store floors to for the purpose of providing inventory intelligence, helps to ensure planogram and promotional display compliance. Some specific tasks listed below.

  • Implement & maintain organization cloud strategy in Linux and Windows using cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, SAP Cloud Platform, and IBM Cloud.
  • Google: Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Big Table.
  • Amazon: AWS S3, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, VPC, IAM, Cloud Front, Glaciers, Lambda, RDS, Certificates Manager.
  • Backend development of customer facing functions via Application Container deployments. Backend development of automation functions for analysis functions with Python for customer output generation.
  • API integration, testing, and deployment using front end on frameworks based web applications.
  • Provided administration and policy development of version control utilization for repository management.
  • Actively learning and integrating Atlassian Agile Developer tools.
  • Developed applications for robot control and diagnostics output.
  • Utilized, maintained, and operated cloud platform services for Big Data, Backend, Frontend, Machine Learning, Repository Management, and Container Application Deployment.
  • Assisted computer vision scientist and machine learning scientist to analyze data for development of retail store floor aisle intelligence.

Older (2016):

Work as robotics support for Team DRC-Hubo at UNLV for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) grand challenge. Called DARPA Robotics Challenge (DRC). Main priorities included but not limited to system maintenance of the humanoid robot, logistics, and procurement. If a motor or a control board burns out it requires disassembly to replace the components, and test them prior to operation in the staged disaster scene. Remote Sensing with multiple collaborative Unmanned Aerial Systems. Primarily build, test, maintain, and collect data over an area. Also to establish vehicle-to-vehicle communication which was then to be used to perform terrain scanning. Department of Energy contractor National Security Technologies (NsTec) at Nevada National Security Site (NNSS).
