I have worked as a post-doctoral researcher, teacher, and tutor. The main domains of interest at work are Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, and Scientific Computing in general. I am also especially interested on Multimedia Programming, the GNU/Linux operating system, and programming/hacking older vintage computers. I have contributed code for the LyX document processor, the Maxima Computer Algebra System, and the Rosengarden software sequencer. The main programming language I use at work (and for my own projects) is Fortran. More often than not, I'm also using C/C++, Computer Algebra Systems, Multi-Paradigm Numerical Computing Environments, and Assembly (for the 6510 and x86).
