Not much to say, I've done some programming in the distant past. Schooling gave me COBOL, Pascal, C++, Modula-2, MVS Assember, etc... Yes, I'm dating myself...

The last time I did any programming was with MS Visual Basic 6.0.

Now, it's time I pick things up again, and Java was my choice. Primarily because of its platform independence.
