As a life-long technologist, I am driven primarily by a love for both meaning and beauty. Meaning matters, from naming things to deciding responsibilities in a system. Beauty matters because it is pleasurable and infectious. Humans have a natural desire to appreciate and preserve beauty, so intentionally crafting beautiful systems promotes joy and good habits. I lead by example by putting these values front-and-center. My teams never fail to excel and grow as a result. With over 16 years of professional experience in over a dozen startups and several large corporations, I've seen just about everything.

I currently live in New York City and, in addition to technology, I enjoy cycling, martial arts, psychology, writing, and music production.
