Currently working as Engineering Manager with BirchStreet Systems.

As an Engineering Manager, I am managing and overseeing the design and development of new and existing features of BirchStreet System application. Directs the work of software engineers to ensure the best practices around software development. I am managing subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Apart from managing the team, I am also doing programming and take care of complex things that team face during development of time crucial functionalities. I am managing 4 teams which are as follow :

1. First team with strength of 4 Software Engineers who are responsible in enhancing different module of products, right now this team is involved in enhancing Inventory module. This team is working on technologies like Java, Spring, Oracle(SQL and PL/SQL), JSP, Servlet and J4 framework.
2. Second team is having strength of 3 Software Engineers who are responsible in enhancing the UI/UX of the overall product. Right now this team is working on the 3rd version of the UI/UX which involves integration of AG-Grid into the product. AG-Grid is a third party library for improving data handling in tabular format with excel like features. This team works on technologies like Java, RESTFul web services, jQuery, JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS, jQuery UI, jQuery Datatables, AG-Grid. This team is also working on development of J4 Plus framework, enhancing our current J4 Framework.
